The aforesaid information is being collected by ECPT to analyse trends, to conduct research, to administer the Application/Services and products, and to gather demographic information and usage behaviour about its user base as a whole. Aggregated and individual, anonymized and non-anonymized data may periodically be transmitted to external service providers to help us improve the Website/App, products and its Services. RETENTION AND REMOVAL OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

ECPT is required to store all personal data of the User and all information regarding the User’s Account (together with all Conference data, the Content, email messages, statistics, Users and Participants’ data) during ____________ (in case of free of charge Account) or during ___________ (in case of payable Account) upon the Account is cancelled or the Service (Agreement) is terminated.
